GoogleWe bought and sold with Eilidh at Hames in 2022. Despite a crazy market, it was a easy and smooth process and Eilidh was a delight to work with.

GoogleHave bought and sold through Hames and now using their rental service for property management. The team have always gone above and beyond to make all the services as straight forward and stress free as possible. Most recently theyβve been handling affairs to administer the monthly rental of property on my behalf - finding new and suitable tenants very quickly and taking the hassle out of monthly accounting, property checks etc - not to mention liaising with tenants and presumably providing an equally great service to them as well.

FacebookI have worked with Hames Estates over the past 4 years, managing rental property as well as the sale of properties. Their property management service is second to none. Through difficult Covid times they still managed the property in a professional manner, keeping me updated every step of the way and making sure my property was well maintained throughout. Their efficient, effective approach to sales has meant that my properties have been marketed to their full potential to maximise sale price and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. 5 team that I can highly recommend.

GoogleI have recently started renting a property from Hames Estates, via Chris. The whole process from viewing to moving in has been seamless. Having rented properties in the past, it is clear that Hames care about their clients far more than the average estate agents, I hope to be with them for as long as possible! Thank you!!

GoogleIβve been impressed by the fast and helpful service given to me in their capacity as letting agents. I would be confident they would provide a good estate agency service. Hames Estates are raising their profile in Renfrewshire. Iβve noted theyβve sold a few houses in my local village quite quickly.
