GoogleI have never been treated so well or my interests better catered for than when Hames Estates were looking after some property for me. Their attention to detail was way beyond my expectations and they will do whatever they need to in order to provide a superior service. This ethic is not just present with the agents, but from the charming young lady in reception to the boss himself, they simply could not do more for their clients. Their choice of tenant was superb and as i live in Northern Ireland, they also dealt with everyday issues as well as, or even better than, I would have done myself. On top of this, their fees are very reasonable and, from my experience, you will not find better value for money. I could not recommend them strongly enough.

Any questions are answered quickly and you never feel that you are a bother. We dealt mainly with Joe and Ellie, when selling our house and the whole process was painless. First meeting was with Joe McKenzie who is straightforward and honest. He takes the time to go through the process with you, including the very reasonable fees. Viewings are notified via text and email so easy to know who was coming and when. We were kept informed throughout and received regular feedback regarding viewings - the latter mainly by Ellie who is very friendly and helpful!
