GoogleJoe and his Team were a delight to deal with. They made the whole experience of selling our cottage easy. Their professionalism, knowledge and efficiency was first class. Joe was extremely helpful, patient and took a lot of the stress out of the process. His level of communication was reassuring and made a huge difference throughout the sale which ultimately went very smooth. I would not hesitate to recommend , thank you to all the Team!

GoogleIt was a difficult time for my sister and I as we had to sell my Dad's home to pay for his care. From start to finish Joe, Eilidh and Ellie were excellent! They knew it was a difficult time for us and showed empathy. Communication with everyone was outstanding. They always had time to talk anything through and they were fantastic at keeping us up to date. To be honest, from past experience, I've never really trusted estate agents but I certainly trust Hames. Thank You.

The quality of work was brilliant and the follow up after the sale was exemplary. The whole process in my opinion, was unsurpassed due to Joe Mackenzie's team prudence and duty of care in doing the right thing on the first time of asking. Questions were addressed in a prompt and professional manner.

FacebookWe have used Hames estates twice and each time have been extremely satisfied with the service we received. Joe is a natural and a very calm person who listens to your views so you feel you have input on how best to market your property. Ellie is a star and she goes that extra mile to ensure she gets viewers and always updates you every step of the way. Their fees are very reasonable also. I would highly recommend them as on each property I have sold in the last year they worked hard and we were extremely happy with the price we got for our both our properties. I am sure they will continue to prosper as you get a five star service from all the staff.

GoogleSold me a house, then no follow up. House fell through and was made homeless no call to see what had happened? Removed the advert on Rightmove that was on before and just re added the house to Rightmove like it had been added new. Said on the phone that their job is to sell the house and nothing more. Feel like re adding a house to Rightmove is pulling the wool over people's eyes. Why remove it in the first place if it was never completed. Kept saying things often go wrong with paperwork on new builds but then refused to answer when I asked when building would be complete as that is not their job. I feel it would be morally wrong for someone to end up in our situation again but Hames just said their job is just to sell houses. So obviously screw the aftercare unless your the seller.

Joe came to value the property and explained the whole process to me and was very informative in a non pushy way. Eilidh dealt with the actual viewings and sale she was so easy and friendly to deal with. GoogleI recently sold my home with Hames Estates. I simply cannot thank Eilidh and Joe enough. I decided to go with Hames after recommendations from friends and family who had recently sold property in the area. The service I received was second to none. The house was sold within a few days and from that point I was kept up to date with exactly what was going on, never once having to contact them or chase them up to see how things were progressing. Throughout the process I was made to feel at ease and that Hames really cared about me as a customer. If I was selling in the area any time soon I would not choose anyone else.

Hames were the only agent to include all fees and details in their first correspondence so no ping ponging of emails and no time wasted. 1st class communication throughout the whole process from the 1st viewing to completion of sale. This was a seamless, hassle free sale from start to finish. Hames took the stress out of this process. Many thanks to Joe for his swift interest and to Eilidh for always keeping me in the loop.
