John couldn't have done more for us and we had every confidence in him throughout the process knowing he would get us the best price for our property. He gave excellent advice on how to prepare for our sale and nothing was too much trouble for him. An added bonus was some great advice from John regarding the property we were buying!!!

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Pippy Proger, the real estate agent who helped us buy our new apartment. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! One thing that really stood out to me was how prompt she was - every time we had a question or concern, she was right there to help us out.And the process itself was incredibly smooth. Buying a new apartment can be stressful, but Pippy made everything feel easy and straightforward. This company is amazing especially Mark Lawlor. They sold my house quickly and efficiently. It was really easy to catch Mark on the phone for any queries. He did a great job in getting the best price for my house whilst having great integrity by giving transparent information both to me and to the buyers. He guided me and provided excellent advice from start to finish. I give Sherry Fitzgerald 5 stars and will definitely use them in the future. They are a little dearer than other companies but it's worth it for a seamless service. I got a valuation from another company for the same house and they valued it €105k lower than what Sherry Fitzgerald valued it at and obtained so Sherry Fitzgeralds valuations are more accurate.

We sold a house in Galway with Sherry Fitz. I really regret choosing them. We did had some bad luck. The agent had an illness mid way the sale and then another agent had to sell it who'd no interest as, our property was small. But also, their process is to only do viewings twice a week. If people couldn't make those viewings they wouldn't show them the house. It definitely didn't show the house to all those who might have been interested. The second agent didn't follow up with several people who'd shown interest, despite me asking if she did. Over all, there far better agents in Galway who are flexible and will do more work to show your house. Before you sell, contact a few agents as if you are buying and see how easy the make it to view a house etc. Wish I'd done that.

Sherry Fitzgerald is one of those… Sherry Fitzgerald is one of those fantastic businesses that we had the privilege to have on our side during the selling of our Kilkenny home. The Kilkenny staff at Sherry Fitzgerald and especially their agent John Doherty were amazing. John is the consummate professional and he was with us on every part of our journey apropos to selling our home and his guidance and advise was not only invaluable but he was extremely supportive. Kilkenny is a very small area and ostensibly John is known in the county by so many people. He is highly thought of by everyone and his reputation as being an honest, principled, committed and hardworking man seems to be known and acknowledged by so many people. We have to say that John Doherty is the quintessential gentleman and is a credit to his profession. My wife and I were mad about him. His kindness and duty of care to the both of us was nothing short of exemplary. We were both overjoyed to have had John on our side and allied to this, I always found all the Kilkenny staff at Sherry Fitzgerald to be so kind and empathetic too. Selling a house can be a most stressful event but when you have professionals like John Doherty at the helm, It certainly mitigates and assuages much of the stress as you know that you are in the hands of a capable, experienced and efficient specialist. I would recommend anyone who happens to be putting their house on the market to contact Sherry Fitzgerald immediately.

She contacted the real estate because I was leaving the house to include another person in the contract, they made an agreement with my ex to pay only her part because they will sell the house in 2 months. After this they decided to try to find some excuse for don't pay back complaining about the mattresses, luckily we had pictures to prove was so bad. Later on was excuses about don't have acess to his father account because he passed way. An huge company should not support this kind of things.

Very annoyed with sherry fitzgerald tallaght. Mislead about a few things during the already stressful process of buying apartment. I was told on a couple of occasions that furniture was included so I gave all my furniture to charity shop, only to find a completely empty apartment to move into. Have to now spend money I don't have to buy a whole new set of furniture on Christmas week. Very unprofessional people.
