We have just completed the sale of our house with McCreerys. From our 1st phone call with Marcella we knew we were in safe hands. She was very professional, approachable, and guided us fully as it was our 1st time selling a property. She was always at the end of the phone with any questions we had. We would highly recommend Marcella and McCreerys for anyone looking to see their house in the future. Brian, Laura & Molly

Thank you Linda!

I wanted to put in writing how grateful we are to Linda Christopher at the Gorey branch of Sherry Fitzgerald. When we set out on our home buying journey I was poorly prepared for what a difficult and stressful thing to do it can be. The one person that has stood out throughout the whole process is Linda. Her kindness, patience and most of all her willingness to offer her expertise to all aspects of the home buying process has been invaluable, and without her I would have almost given up! I’ve lost count of the number of times she has given clarity to what would have otherwise been an issue I had no understanding of. And that goes far beyond her role as an auctioneer. She has held our hand throughout mortgage broker, bank and solicitor issues. She is a star! Thank you Linda! Shaun, Simone & Finn

Liz Ryan Phibsborough branch

As an investor, developer and home owner I am hugely impressed by Liz Ryan of Sherry Fitzgerald's Phibsborough branch. I am more knowledgeable than most about the property market so can speak with experience and say that she is one of the best agents in the city. Liz is honest, professional, incisive, informative and empathic. She has a great knowledge of the Dublin 7 market. She offers no false hopes in order to get the business and is spot on in her predictions. She appeals to both buyers and sellers. As a seller I am impressed at how well she relates to buyers, always keeping all bidders on board, as often the highest bidder may pull out. When it happened in my case Liz assured me in her calm manner that it wasn't going to be an issue. I was especially impressed by the sensitivity Liz showed in selling the family home after my mother's death. Liz has handled two sales for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending her highly.

A big thank you to Adrian and James who were an absolute pleasure to deal with right from reserving the house up until receiving the keys. Excellent communication throughout and plenty of assistance with the whole process. As first time buyers we were quite new to the process. However both lads made the process as simple and user friendly as possible. Would 100% recommend.

I recently purchased a property from Sherry Fitzgerald and was introduced to Jenny who was an absolute lady! She helped us upto the sale agreed and informed us of solicitors we could get in contact with . Jenny had since left and we were teamed up with John. John was very friendly and helpful there isn't anything he wouldnt do for you. What I liked most about this purchase was been able to see the online bids which you don't get with any other auctioner in kilkenny. Everything was quick and such a friendly and helpful team. Thank you for everything !

Our recent experience with Sherry Fitzgerald McCreery Kilkenny, where John Doherty served as our estate agent for the sale of our property and the purchase of another. The outstanding service provided by John and his team surpasses any description I could offer. Throughout the intricate process with multiple chains, John consistently went above and beyond, ensuring that we felt like his top priority. His unwavering commitment was evident in the substantial time he dedicated to the sale, both in-person and through timely communication, regardless of the hour. We wholeheartedly recommend John and his exceptional team at Sherry Fitzgerald McCreery Kilkenny to anyone seeking a dedicated, professional, and personable real estate agent. We are eternally grateful for their exceptional service and the successful outcome of our property sale and our new home. With utmost gratitude,

I recently closed the sale on my property with Sherry Fitzgerald McCreery Kilkenny, and John Doherty was my agent. There aren't enough words to describe the excellent service I got from John, along with his team at the office. Throughout the whole complex process, John went many many extra miles, making me feel like I was his only customer with the amount of time given to the sale, both in person and at the end of the phone at any hour. I can't recommend John & the Team highly enough. Forever grateful.

I cannot express enough how wonderful of an experience it has been working with Marcella Savage from Sherry Fitzgerald McCreery in Kilkenny. She is always extremely attentive, honest, and gets the job done quickly. From start to finish, all went smoothly with the purchase of our beautiful new home. Marcella's experience abounds. She is warm and friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. If we were to ever buy or sell another property, Marcella and Sherry Fitzgerard McCreery will be the first people we call.

Horrible experience renting with them

Horrible experience renting with them. I visited the apartment that had faulty balcony door, which they said would be fixed before I move in. It was not fixed, the house was extremely dirty with food residue in the fridge, many light bulbs not working (they fixed it after a week). Right now, more than 2 weeks after moving in, the balcony door is still not fixed. I’ll never rent with them again.

Returned home after years abroad

Just bought my new home back in Ireland after over 30 years abroad. The agent at Sherry Fitzgerald Gorey ( Linda Christopher) couldn’t have been more helpful. The process turned into a bit of an ordeal but Linda was there to help any time she could. So 5 Stars for service. That always came with a smile.

Long-Term Tenants - Excellent Service

We were tenants of a Sherry Fitz property for almost 7 years, and were always happy with how they handled our inquiries. They were also very helpful when it came to us moving out, and accommodated us when we needed to change the date. SF also returned our deposit promptly. Incidentally, Paul, who was responsible for conducting the intermittent inspections, was an absolute delight!
