We have bought and sold many houses over the last 30 years. This is the first time we have used Samuel Makepeace, and have found them to be streets ahead of all their competitors. No heavy sales pitch from Kieran, only help and advice, photos and description excellent. They sold our property within a few days, kept us well informed and did all the chasing until completion, Really professional service from all the team and a big thank you to Jaydene.PositiveProfessionalism

Samuel Makepeace, have been most helpful during my purchase of a bungalow. They answered any questions I had, which were many, offering advice when necessary. They were friendly yet still professional, keeping me informed and up to date with everything that was happening. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have recently sold our house and without Jaydene at Kidsgrove I feel like the sale would never have gone through! Thank you so much for your help, we were really impressed at how quickly you got viewings at our house and we received an offer within a week of putting it on the market. We would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use you in future - although we are never moving again!!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Please, never rent a property that is managed by these people. Our rent was put up just before we signed the contract and they never fixed things wrong in the house. We cleaned the property thoroughly before vacating and they demanded we paid a ridiculous amount to clean it. Ended up disputing with them and going to an independent adjudicator. Thankfully we won and don’t have to work with these people again. Go somewhere else!

Our house was for sale for 5 weeks with another nationwide estate agent who were awful with extremely bad communication. After less than 7 days with Samuel Makepeace our house was sold! Dino, Louise and the team were amazing. They kept us informed every step of the way and had excellent communication with all parties involved. We can not recommend them enough. They are fantastic!!!!!

From the outset, Samuel Makepeace have offered an excellent service. The valuation, photos and writeup of our propery were amazing. The viewings were conducted efficiently and as they predicted we had several offers in the first week. They were more than competitively priced, all in all a brilliant experience. We recently purchased a property that was being sold via Samuel Makepeace. From the moment we made an offer, which was accepted, until we collected the keys on completion, the staff we dealt with were very professional and friendly. We also received a 'Welcome Box' which was a lovely surprise, We would recommend Samuel Makepeace in the future.

Bought a property through these agents and they were great throughout, especially Maddy who gave regular updates. They also provided a Home Move Box when I picked up the keys which was a nice final touch. Would recommend.

Given the bad press Estate Agents usually receive, I'm happy to say Samuel Makepeace far exceeded our expectations, from the initial valuation, photographing the property, arranging the viewings and then accompanying the prospective buyers … More

Wonderful staff! We had a great service from Samuel Makepeace, from doing the pictures and creating the add for our sale, arranging viewings and also helping with the big move and all the navigating that is needed between solicitors and other estate agents. Everyone is always responsive and easy to speak to. A lovely team. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy.
