I can’t recommend Samuel Makepeace Bespoke Estate Agents in Kidsgrove highly enough. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, but a special mention has to go to Steph, who handled what turned out to be quite a complicated move. Steph was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She kept everything on track, communicated clearly at every stage, and most importantly, never once made me feel stressed, even when things became challenging. Her calm, supportive approach made a huge difference and gave me real confidence that everything would come together, which it did. Very bad experience with Samuel Makepeace. They don’t give genuine buyers a fair chance. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and even higher offers don’t seem to be taken seriously. From my experience, it strongly feels like they tell sellers there is ‘no interest’ when there actually is, which raises concerns that properties may be steered towards people close to them at lower prices. At the same time, when buyers make higher offers, they are told that the seller is ‘not accepting any more offers’, which is very questionable. This lack of transparency and honesty is extremely concerning. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend them at all.

We cannot thank Jaydene and the team enough for the sale of our home. They have been amazing. Very friendly professional service. They went above and beyond for us especially Jaydene!!!! Right from the start they were proactive in marketing our house. We had over 10 viewings within the first week.. Unfortunately our sale fell through the first time as the buyer went awol and couldn't get in touch with him. But again we resold within a few weeks.
