GoogleAfter trying 2 other local estate agents in Alsager to sell my property, I turned to Samuel Makepeace following a recommendation. Niamh was excellent, her support to get the sale over the line was brilliant- thank you Niamh! Everyone else I dealt with at SM was equally helpful, I would highly recommend them. They chased for progress every week and kept me updated at every stage.

It has genuinely felt like we were her priority, even though she must be juggling lots of sales! She has kept us fully informed throughout the process, chased anything that needed to be chased and been a great support through what is a stressful and uncertain time. GoogleWe dealt with Samuel Makepeace Kidsgrove branch for selling a bungalow. We dealt with Stephanie who was excellent from start to finish. The whole process went very smoothly and any queries answered very promptly. They achieved the asking price in the space of a week and we were very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to sell a property.

I would 100% recommend, my sale was by far not the easiest sale in the world (through no fault of theirs) but I was updated and reassured throughout and it gave me every confidence in them. GooglePoor service from the start had to keep chasing for updates, how viewings etc had gone and possible ways we could improve viewings in anyway. Very little interest was shown although they did slightly improve as the process went on. Personally wouldn’t use them in the sale or buying of a property in the future. The reply below just about sums them up fantastic as ever very poor business model keep up the good work.

We have hundreds of happy customers, and we sell more than any agent in North Staffordshire. Please remember that your property went on in a very difficult time for the industry with increasing interest rates and uncertainty (2023). Despite this we produced you a wonderful set of particulars, conducted numerous viewings, dealt with cancelled viewings, negotiated offers, and ultimately got you sold for close to your asking price. GoogleThe SM Kidsgrove branch provided a great service. The property photos (thanks Kieran) and description were truly excellent. They very quickly found a buyer. There were probate issues but that wasn't SM's fault, it meant the sale took a while but importantly SM kept the buyer on board. I primarily dealt with Maddy but also Danielle and they were both very professional, pleasant and helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely use SM again and highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI cannot get over how professional and helpful everyone I have dealt with associated with SM first Kieran came out to the property and instantly took the stress out of the situation. He arranged everything. Dinos photos are amazing and again he was extremely professional helpful and punctual. Angela from the mortgage side they arrange again punctual polite professional and k knowledgeable. All 3 have put my mind at rest and I would recommend these 100 % to anyone looking to buy or sell.
