GoogleWalton and Hipkiss provided excellent service when I bought my new build property. They made the process easy and were always patient and responsive. I mostly dealt with one person (Vicky), who always replied to my calls and emails quickly and generally went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before exchange and completion. Really good service and I would highly recommend using them.
Thank you

GoogleAbsolutely faultless. We found Catherine an absolute godsend when we were purchasing a property through W&H. She kept us updated quicker and more efficiently than our own solicitor throughout the whole conveyancing period. She completely went above and beyond in every respect which helped massively throughout quite a stressful period. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!

GoogleLovely staff, very encouraging at start but I don't feel that we were kept informed throughout process as much as would have liked. Had to ask about new formalities after covid. Had a lot of viewings that didn't show up, and had to do majority of viewings ourselves. Happy we got the house sold, but didn't feel we got what was promised at the beginning. Would certainly recommend if you are selling a house up to approx. £250,000 and in central location, but if rural...maybe prepare to do a lot of the work yourself.

GoogleAgreed on viewing on Tuesday which got cancel an hour later on the same day, then we agreed to come and have a look to a property on Wednesday 5 o'clock, so I was there before 5 o'clock ringed them up asking if someone coming, lady said someone is on their way, but sounded confused, then 30min later she ranged and said that someone who was coming had a flat tyre and can't make it. It just seems to me that they don't really care about their customers, decide it for yourself
