I can’t recommend this estate agents highly enough! They helped me sell my bungalow a few months ago and made the whole process so much smoother than I ever expected. A special thank you to Sydney and Vicky, who were both absolutely fantastic from start to finish Sydney was incredibly professional, always on top of things, and kept me updated every step of the way. Vicky was just as brilliant, friendly, approachable, and always happy to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. What can I say about the team at Walton & Hipkiss apart from brilliant. They handled the purchase of our new home and from start to finish could not have been more accommodating. They were personal, professional, courteous and were always at the end of the phone if we ever needed them. Big is not always better - don't believe the guff of the "big brands" who in our experience gave a terrible experience with our sale. Our only regret is that we did not use W&H for the sale of our house also, lesson learned. Sydney and Vicky were outstanding and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you!

Catherine and the team were professional, friendly and very efficient. The photos and video tour were of a high standard, viewings were carried out by the team, feedback was always provided, we really felt they were acting in our best interests. The fees were very reasonable for the level of service provided. Once a sale had been agreed, all sales progression stayed within the Kidderminster branch, again updates of progress were plentiful. I couldn't have possibly wished for a better experience with Walton & Hipkiss as a first time buyer. In particular Catherine Higgins, who not only guided and mentored me through the whole process, advising, explaining and assuring me in easy to understand but detailed ways, and indeed far better and more reliably than my solicitor, but she also went out of her way to chase various contacts within the chain, way more than her role requires, in order to get my sale through, when at times it seemed it was becoming a lost cause. She was extremely understanding, calm, assuring and really left a very good impression on me, and I genuinely couldn't recommend Walton & Hipkiss more highly for anyone's property purchases or sales, they really made some confusing and negative moments much easier for me to grasp and be comfortable with. Also a big shout out to Victoria Steele as well, both of these, and the company in general, were/are absolutely top notch, and I can assure anyone they will agree with me should they share anything like my own experience. I could not of asked for more from a estate agent when we sold our home. Catherine came round to discuss the service Walton and Hipkiss provide and we knew straight away we wanted to go with them. They sold our home before it had even gone to market, and when we had issues with our chain and being under a time restraint for our move to go ahead they went above and beyond mine and my husbands expectations. I sold my home through Walton and Hipkiss and was consistently impressed with them and their service. The valuation was fair and accurate and they didn't bother me with endless calls whilst I was making my decision which was helpful. I was also impressed with their price - they have one of the quickest selling times when compared to other local agents in the area (have a look on get agent), but they were also the best priced. The marketing photos and videos were really professional, and they took care of all the viewings for me which was a real help. They also took the COVID restrictions very carefully which I appreciated. Throughout the conveyancing process they were also on hand for any questions, and were always responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend Catherine and the team to anyone looking to sell in the Kidderminster area.

Catherine, Victoria and Laura are all so wonderful ! They are clearly so busy a small team but they have always answered the phone, always responded when they have said they would, sorted out issues on my behalf with the property I’m buying that isn’t even through them...I would use them again in a heart beat ! I haven’t even completed yet but I know they will look after me every step of the way. The only thing I could say is that I did all of my viewings, however the market is moving so quickly and viewings came in so fast that they didn’t really have chance to be able to accommodate. The photographer and videographer was also far by the best I have seen and lovely ! His videos aren’t boring, I love the way he does them, As well as the gentleman they use for the floor plans ! The team at Kidderminster are phenomenal and unlike any of their competitors. Catherine was both professional but also put us at ease with her knowledge of the market and her experience and instilled confidence right from the valuation/listing appointment. Victoria also visited the property and took time to listen to us and make suggestions (a property we had renovated to sell). Beware of going to best and final offers! I recently had the displeasure of dealing with this office. Another buyer had made an offer on the same property, so the agent requested both the other buyers and us submit our best and final offer before the office closes on Saturday. We did as instructed and our offer was accepted, great news. We tell all of our friends and family. I then get a call on Monday morning to say that the other buyers increased their offer after the best and finals deadline and that we should increase our offer or the other buyers will get the property! Unethical behaviour from a so called professional establishment. Just glad we had not already paid the extortionate £30pp fee for an anti money laundering check!
