They are clearly so busy a small team but they have always answered the phone, always responded when they have said they would, sorted out issues on my behalf with the property I’m buying that isn’t even through them...I would use them again in a heart beat ! I haven’t even completed yet but I know they will look after me every step of the way. The only thing I could say is that I did all of my viewings, however the market is moving so quickly and viewings came in so fast that they didn’t really have chance to be able to accommodate. The photographer and videographer was also far by the best I have seen and lovely ! His videos aren’t boring, I love the way he does them, As well as the gentleman they use for the floor plans ! So happy with everything. Thank you so much Catherine, Victoria and Laura you work so hard ! You’re all so lovely and professional.

From the initial meeting/valuation of our home, we immediately knew that we had found the right agent in Catherine. There was no deliberation and we signed the contract within 24 hours as we had confidence in their marketing strategy and Catherine’s honest and personable approach. Catherine guided us through a turbulent market at the start of the pandemic, keeping us up to date and even assisting us with making offers on potential new homes (including calling the selling agent on our behalf to gather information). Selling our property was straight forward. The difficult bit came in the communication down the chain. This is where Catherine and her team were invaluable. They chased the chain, agents and solicitors weekly if not daily, and in the final week, hourly! If not for Catherine and her team, we would not have been able to sell and purchase our dream home in the current market. Their skill and diligence in this area must be second to none. On the day of completion, if Catherine had not stepped in and aided communication between solicitors, we would have been homeless for the weekend. We have been involved in five other purchases/sales with other agents and had nothing like the support and guidance that we received from W&H. They really stand out above the rest by a mile. And to top it off, their pricing was not only competitive, but one of the most reasonable.

What can I say? Walton and Hipkiss have been fantastic from start to finish. WH came to value my property and didn't sell me a pipe dream that I could achieve an unrealistic price given the state of the market at the time. Instead they provided a lot of facts, data and advice as to what price they thought I could achieve, along with their sales strategy. They were open and honest, and ultimately this helped me feel comfortable I would achieve the best price possible. I would not hesitate to use Walton and Hipkiss again, or recommend to any one. If you're looking for a good local estate agent, make sure Walton and Hipkiss are your first port of call.

The team at Kidderminster are phenomenal and unlike any of their competitors. Catherine was both professional but also put us at ease with her knowledge of the market and her experience and instilled confidence right from the valuation/listing appointment. Victoria also visited the property and took time to listen to us and make suggestions (a property we had renovated to sell). Even with a few hiccups along the way, they chased solicitors and buyers and got the property sold with ease. Do not hesitate to use Walton & Hipkiss, you will not find better service anywhere else. We saw numerous Estate Agents before deciding to go through Walton and Hipkiss. Even though they weren’t a local agent to us when we enquired about a property we were interested in seeing they offered to come and value our place as well. They were the first estate agent we dealt with who saw the opportunity to sell our place as we enquired about purchasing a property. They were kind, professional and competitive with the other agents we had around and my partner and I personally felt like we were listened too and respected from the get go. In a very demanding current housing market they respected our positioning that even though we were wanting to sell we would only do so if the right property came up for us to purchase. They then relayed this message to prospective buyers. From then on once an offer was accepted they kept the communication open and we found them really easy to work alongside. If we ever moved again we would certainly only consider the Walton and Hipkiss team to do it on our behalf. Thank you so much for such amazing customer service! I placed the family home for sale with Walton and Hipkiss Kidderminster after a bereavement. I'd used them before to sell a property of mine before and they were brilliant then, selling the latter before it even went on the internet. I also found their marketing better than other local estate agents. This is why they were chosen to sell the family house. They remained as friendly, knowledgeable and efficient as before. We had a set back with the sale when initial buyers pulled out of the sale unexpectedly for personal reasons but W&H found another buyer within 24 hours! This sale went all the way through to completion. I would recommend this estate agent without hesitation, and would use them again.

Honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Having used larger chains to purchase you really notice the difference with this team. They went above and beyond and stayed in touch throughout the whole process, even getting involved with onward chain when there was little movement.
