GoogleWe have been letting from Phipps and Pritchard for almost 5 years now. They have always been very proactive and helpful whenever we needed any concerns resolved. I would especially like to mention Tom who has always gone the extra mile and sorted our issues. I would happily recommend using Phipps and Pritchard for any letting purposes.

YellIN ARREARS AGAIN.
I am a pensioner, I pay my service charge by standing order. I wanted to pay by direct debit.I was told it had to be standing order. The Ground rent and Service Charge went up in March 2018 The demand due in March did not arrive until mid June, I carried on paying, they kept taking the money. I have not defaulted on payments. I am now in arrears, they want me to pay £95 per month.Which is impossible on £125, per week Pension. This has put me in dire financial difficulty.It is all down to the professional level Incompetence of Phipps and Pritchard.I have lived here for 34 years. This is the FOURTH TIME. I have been left in financial difficulty.They are useless their introduction when on hold says "We are not just a one trick Pony"More like a three legged Donkey.

GoogleHad a really positive experience both buying and selling our home through Phipps & Pritchard. The team are very attentive and overall communication has been great. They provided a lot of detailed info when valuing our house for sale which sold after only 3 days on the market! Would highly recommend this estate agent.

GoogleEverybody at P&P have always been friendly, helpful and polite and have done their best to help me out if I have ever needed it. It has been a pleasure to rent through them, and I would have no qualms about recommending them. Keep up the good work everybody!

GoogleOur demands for ground rent and service charge are due to be paid in early March. Despite several requests no demands have been forthcoming. Their accounts department is hopeless. There have been times when no demands were sent out for over two years. They are very quick at sending threatening letters though. Even the contact us section sends you round in circles. My head is spinning just from trying to find the email address. The list of staff members even lists staff who no longer work there.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI have used Phipps and Pritchard to sell 3 properties over the years and they have been amazing, good communication and updates as the sale progresses, always promt to answer the phone and are all super friendly. My wife was really happy the valuer was a lady and felt more comfortable when she came to measure up etc.

GoogleAbsolutely useless, allowing me to apply for flats, losing my application form so having to print and fill it in again only for them to tell me I'm not eligible because of my employment status? Why not tell me that when I applied for the first flat 3 weeks ago??
Good evening, I have reviewed your application following your comment. Each property has different criteria and as such why each one is treated separately. Reviewing the calls and emails I understand that we asked for further information which is still awaited to allow us to move forward.

It's obvious that they care about their clients which is something you wouldn't get with an online service. Been with Phipps and Pritchard for few years never had any issues with them if I had an issue with property I’m renting they have dealt with it always been helpful always let me know in advance if there’s going to be a rent increase or a property inspection
