GoogleAverage. Not told about a Deed of Easement at the initial stage of the deal. Which was later sorted out. A strong bias towards the sellers. Please remember Vanessa the buyers do contribute towards your commission.

My wife had lots of questions and Halina answered them quickly and professionally, even when I emailed her on a Sunday and didnt expect to get a reply, We did within a few minutes. Just a pity the house wasn't the right one. My house is sold but if it wasnt I would definately want Fine and Country and Halina to act for our sale .
