GoogleWe are extremely pleased with the service received from Matt and the team at Royston & Lund. Matt knew the market well and understood what made our house unique. He was very professional which meant that both we and our buyer trusted him. He ensured the process went smoothly for all concerned by liaising with us, our buyer, respective agents and solicitors. Royston and Lund were also very transparent and reasonable on the fee structure.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house that was marketed by Royston & Lund Keyworth, and i can't fault them. Matt was so responsive, proactive, friendly and enthusiastic and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We'd anticipated a stressful experience (especially with demand / stamp duty holiday) but Matt really helped keep things moving along with regular check-ins and prompts with all parties. GoogleMatt from Royston & Lund provided an excellent customer service, he wasn't even our agent, however he chased the entire chain / process through from start to finish to ensure everyone was in sync due to the long chain. He kept us fully updated throughout and did more for us than our estate agents ever did. I can honestly say that without him the chain would have fallen through 10 times over! GoogleHighly recommend the Keyworth branch, from the outset professional, straight talking with no estate agent flannel, communication and organisation was consistently excellent. I have only one reservation and that was after the sale of our property we were handed over to the sales team in West Bridgford, my preference would be to stay with the same team that I started the process with, not having to start again with some one new at a different further remote branch that I never actually met. - Hence my 4 star rating.

GoogleWe bought our first house using Royston & Lund and it was a pleasure to have them as our agents. We was forced into buying a house due to our Landlord wanting to sell and we felt massively stressed and pressured as we had no clue what to do buying a house. Matt from the Keyworth office was amazing and went above and beyond helping us through the process and helping us get to the sale. We spent many a hour talking through the process and no question seemed too silly for Matt to help us and guide us through it. The Royston and Lund team at Keyworth were amazing and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

GoogleWe've got nothing but good things to say about using the Keyworth office of Royston and Lund to sell our house and then go through the whole process of finding and buying our new home. Matt, the branch manager has gone over and above what I would have ever expected in terms of offering help and reassurance at all stages. Everyone else at the branch including Jake, Samantha and Sarah have always been on hand to offer help and advice and have really been on the ball with chasing up replies and keeping us updated. You hear so many bad things about estate agents so I feel we have been fortunate to have dealt with a really decent team of people.
