When I called at first I wasn’t sure I would have been taken seriously as a woman, as most agents don’t . Bought 3 properties through them . Matthew , was great . We had speed bumps along the way but he handled the matter professionally and was always responsive when I needed him. Contacted sellers solicitors when needed ( some agents in the area I have worked with did not contact the socltiors at all , but Matthew gave it a good push along the whole way). Sarah and Donna were also very lovely on the other end of the line and were supportive when Matthew was out of office or could not be reached . Royston and Lund are a professional , trustworthy company and I would not hesitate to buy or sell through them . 5* recommendation!

Shockingly poor communication from this estate agent, booked a viewing 8 days in advance. Arrived at the property no one to be seen, phoned them to be told the vendor never confirmed the viewing so this wasn't going ahead. They could have told me this before I dragged my 1 year old across town in rush hour and my partner left work early as they will have known this for a significant period of time! You think they would be keen when the house has been on the market for 4 months! Avoid if you can!

Avoid if at all possible.

I cannot stress strongly enough that you should avoid using Royston and Lund. Whilst my sale went through, it was not because of Royston and Lund, but rather the efforts of other estate agents in the chain. If the other parties in our chain had estate agents of the same calibre as Royston and Lund, I have no doubt that our sale and purchase would have completely fallen through.
