Awful, unreliable and unprofessional

Awful, unreliable and unprofessional service. Gemma gave us a video viewing of a flat to rent in Bath... it felt quite rushed, and the picture quality wasn't that good. More importantly, however, was the appalling and unprofessional communication. Moving house or moving to a new city and renting somewhere is extremely stressful for people, and so, if we are going to invest our time and energy contacting an estate agent, we expect a reliable and considerate service. Eveleighs was neither of these and left us hanging in a very disrespectful way. I wrote a couple of emails to Gemma explaining that time was of the essence and we really need to be updated on the progress of our application; only to find out, four days later, that the property has been let and that our time has been completely wasted, without even so much as a courtesy call or email to inform us. As a homeowner, I have dealt with a lot of estate agents in my time, and I can confidently assert that I will never deal with these people again.

just wanted to say a massive Thankyou to Robin and Shane for all their help, professionalism , hard work, patience and understanding of the situation our family was in when mum was selling her home. They both made a very emotional time a lot easier and were always easily contactable , adaptable , trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. We made the mistake of choosing the wrong estate agent who in 5 weeks or so, only generated two viewings. Changing to Eveleighs, immediately paid dividends with many viewings in the first few weeks and our property sold within the first four weeks which was amazing. The viewings were conducted by Vicky & Jamie, who were extremely professional and supplied us with prompt feedback emails, lots of advice, and the office is so easy to contact and super helpful, as we had never sold a house before. Once the sale was progressing Tracey dealt with our queries, liaised with our solicitors, and ensured the sale went through seamlessly. The service provided has been incredible, both during the selling and viewing process, and during the sales proceedings. Jamie, Vicky and Tracey have been great, always willing to help and very patient.
