Hi David, Sorry you deemed our services 'not helpful' and that we could not proceed your application to rent further. I see from your other reviews that you have lost money with a different estate agent. At Amber Homes we try to give tenants full transparency when applying for a rented property. If we are aware of circumstances that mean a tenant would not pass our reference checks, then we will not proceed further, helping you to avoid loss of holding deposit. Whilst we appreciate this may have come across as unhelpful at the time, we did not wish to waste your time or money, as we knew the outcome would be unsuccessful. Good luck with your property search.
