I cannot recommend Amber Homes enough. We've used them to help us search for our first buy to let and they were super helpful and have given us so much advice and support. The team are really efficient, reply to emails/ texts immediately and have kept us informed every step of the way. Dan was excellent in helping us search for a property and was even happy to offer rental valuations on properties not sold by themselves with no obligation or pressure to go back to them to rent. He also spent time on the phone advising us of the best areas to buy and gave us great advice. Sarah has been excellent helping us to move the purchase on quickly and has been on hand every step of the way. Thanks so much to you all. We will be back to you to advertise our first rental!

Hello Kate. From our systems I can see that a member of our team has taken all required details from you and sent over some suitable properties via email. I do not understand why these did not make it to your inbox. We have also reviewed our phone records and it does not appear that the phone call was ended abruptly from either party so I do not agree with you at all that the phone was put down on you. It is not at all productive or acceptable for this to happen, unless them caller is abusive or offensive - which you were not.
We are not afraid of being held accountable for our service, however, I would have expected a follow up call to, perhaps, chase the email, rather than a 1 Star review!
