GoogleWe couldn't have had a better experience. We sold with in three weeks. Jess was proactive, friendly and went above and beyond what was expected, ensuring our move went smoothly. Some hiccups along the way that caused frustration were dealt with in an efficient manner and not the fault of the estate agents. GoogleHonestly the BEST service I've ever received! My partner and I are first time buyers and Your Move (Kettering) have made it a great, pain free experience. They have been so helpful , supportive and efficient the whole way through. The sales Coordinator on our case was Julie Jones, she went above and beyond her duties to help and her bubbly personality always kept us amused. She is an amazing woman and an asset to the company! GoogleYour move has been very professional and helpful, from the first telephone call to arrange a viewing, all the way through to viewing the property I was interested in. The helpful appointment reminders and the personal telephone call to confirm was great. Dan the estate agent that showed me around the property was friendly, professional and informative. He was clear on what the next steps would be and explained the process well. Although I am yet to find my first home, the excellent consistent communication and service from this branch, has set it apart from other viewing experiences. Thank you.
