I would like to give a 5 star rating to Michael Dainty and Tom, for all their help, advice and communications. when a new property came on the market, they will call with exciting news of the property and always say "must see". They will call on the morning of the viewing to ensure that I will be there on time for the appointment. They were prompt, efficient and very informative. The property viewing was for my son Patrick and whilst driving on the M1, I will always receive a courtesy phone call from the boys on the morning of the viewing, asking how is road traffic and reminding us to have a safe journey as we were driving from Wembley, we both thought that was a "lovely customer service touch". It was such a pity that when Patrick found his property it was from another estate agent. Sorry guys!!! The boys worked in their highest esteem, and literally sold "Your Move" to the clients.
