GoogleI found the staff here so helpful and polite. I was also pleased with the Agent's knowledge of the area as it was my first visit when I booked to view two properties they were managing. Unfortunately, I did not get to purchase one of their properties but they provide an excellent professional service and will assist where they can. Would recommend.

GoogleExtremely disappointing experience as a landlord, from the top of the organization down. Poor management of property, from reference checking through to handling of unpaid rent and very poor response to complaints. Would never recommend as a letting agent and will never use them for any of my properties, ever again. Totally disorganized, poor communication, mismanagement and no accountability for shortcomings.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleFirst class service from start to finish for me. Arranged to view a property with Claire and she was happy to accommodate around my shifts. Always on hand to answer emails and calls and came back with answers very quickly. The whole procedure was done without a single hitch and Claires professional approach was excellent.

GoogleThis estate agent is one to avoid at all costs in the past year I sold 3 properties it was not the easiest path to negotiate, i found these people to be incompetent at the highest level i was astonished they portray themselves to be professionals ? I don't think so! Maybe professionals at mayhem would be more appropriate.
