Having had bad experiences with estate agents previously, we went to Oscar James Kettering following a recommendation and couldn't fault the service at all. Excellent communication, realistic and honest advice. Even after we sold the house they were regularly in touch during the completion process until it was over the line. Very impressed.

GoogleVicki at Oscar James organised the letting of our rental home and her understanding of the market, the approval of tenants as well as the rules and requirements of being a landlord made the entire process very smooth and enjoyable. The tenants moved in just 11 days after the house went on the market. We would not hesitate to use Oscar James again.

GoogleWe sold our house with Oscar James and the whole process from start to finish was excellent, they even managed to sell the house within 5 hours of it going on the market. Regular phone calls and emails kept us up to date throughout with Katie chasing either side of the transaction on our behalf saving us the effort. I would recommend Oscar James to anyone.

Dear Mr/s Singh, can you please specify which property you missed out on as we have no record of you having ever offered on a property through us! I struggle to see how you suggest that we give Estate Agents a bad name, our team works tirelessly for our clients and we make every effort to go above and beyond.
