GoogleRented an apartment from Oscar James as I was moving to Northamptonshire from far up north. Jo was extremely helpful, she helped me with good virtual viewings and guided me through the process. Moved in now and it’s been a wonderful experience renting from Oscar James.

GoogleHad a fantastic experience with Oscar James , anele mama fed to squeeze us in for a viewing at the very last minute, as we wanted to see the property but we going away . Our agent who showed us the property was also fantastic, very professional and allowed us to look around at our own leisure, we didn’t feel pressured in any way.

GoogleTerrific experience selling our first property with Oscar James. From sales to admin everyone was very receptive and helpful. All questions were answered and any support needed was provided. The photos and brochure looked amazing and we sold on the same day as launch. If we are ever to sell again in the future Oscar James will be our first point of call.

GoogleHad a knock at the door on Monday from Linda at Oscar James Estate Agents to ask me not to park outside the front of my own house (which I own!!) as her tentants didn’t like it! The Manager laughed when I called to complain, Customer service at its finest Ellie Bishop. An absolute disgrace.

GoogleI had absolutely no previous experience of being a landlord but this company has made it so easy. Both Vickie and Kian who I deal with could not be more helpful. They always know of great local tradesmen if something needs doing and manage to get work completed incredibly quickly and economically! The whole experience has been so much easier than I ever imagined. Definitely 5 stars!

GoogleBoth my parents passed way during the process of selling the house and we were devastated. The team at Oscar James were really patient with us, worked with the buyer to set realistic time frames of our process of probate and went over and above to help with things such as meter readings, switching the heating on and off as we were not based locally. They were just brilliant throughout the whole thing and the best we have ever used.

GoogleWe chose Oscar James as our agent because we had viewed a property through them with Rachel and was impressed with her level of service. The property we have sold through them has involved contact with many of the team and they have all been exceptional. We will use them again.

GoogleWe recently used Oscar James as the estate agent to sell our home with. From my first phone call with them, I was really impressed with their market knowledge but more importantly felt assured they would sell our home and achieve what we needed. They then preceded to surpass my expectations by selling our property before it even went to market and then within two weeks helped us to find our new home. We had a challenging time completing the sale and I firmly believe we wouldn’t have been able to complete at all without the dedication and support from Oscar James. They provided service that was above and beyond the call of an estate agent and I cannot thank the team enough for supporting us and getting us into our new home! To the whole team and especially, Rachel, Anele and Sam - you really did do everything and more and if we ever need to move again, we wouldn’t look to anyone else to sell our home with!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
