I couldn’t really tell how impressed am i with the service at Oscar James. We were looking for a new rent as the one we were living in had no heating. We had to pay rent there, but no one came to fix the issue for a year! Not the agency nor the landlady. When we met with “Vicki Becks” we explained the situation, and she was amazing. We sort out everything together within a few days. I can highly recommend the agency and Vicky herself. She is such a nice person, very professional and helpful.
