GoogleI let my elderly mother’s property through Let It. We are total novices only having this one property and never being landlords previously. We live at a distance from the property and so don’t visit it at all. The Let It team have made everything incredibly easy, and have just found the second set of tenants for us, I would say that communication with me is fantastic, they always keep me informed and check with me before anything happens. I receive regular photographs and written reports regarding the condition of the property, updates about any maintenance work, competitive quotes for work which is all quickly sorted through their network of contractors, and great advice about the rental rate I should be asking for, and which tenants to go for. Let It staff are all very approachable, helpful and professional. I trust them totally with mum’s property and would recommend them to my friends,

GoogleWe have been very impressed with Let it! at Kettering as tenants of a property, our relationship with this letting agent has been totally positive. They have been professional in their approach to dealing with us as prospective new tenants from the time of our first contact with them through to us moving in to the property and beyond. They also have a great support network thanks to their excellent maintenance team who quickly responded to unforseen issues after we moved in.

GoogleThe property Im currently residing in has recently changed landlords and I was supposed to be contacted in December of 2021. I was contacted today (4.01.2022) regarding payments. I explained clearly a change in my situation and requested a new rental agreement of somesort. Never once did I say I wasnt going to pay my rent. However, I received a lovely email from a lady in the name of Louise, which was very very unprofessional, and no matter how much I requested a phone call, she prefered to hide behind her device and not ring me. I will gladly attach the email. After a series of emails back and forth, I received a very dry and pathetic "apology" about how she had misread the email.NegativeProfessionalism

Dear Catharin, I am sorry that you feel our service was poor. The reason for your review appears to be that we rejected you as a candidate for taking a rental property. This was because your partner initially told us that the tenancy contract for the property you wished to apply for would start on the 20th December which you then changed to the 31st December. This means of course that the landlord would have lost nearly two weeks rent by this sudden change of date. The landlord therefore, as he has every right to, decided to choose another viewer who made a concrete offer of being able to move in on the 20th December, instead of you. The landlord has the right to do this and we were following his instructions, as we are bound to do so under our agency agreement with him. Given that you were told this by by Let It Homes as the reason for the rejection of your application it is somewhat disappointing that you have chosen to direct your ire towards us in the way that you have . I would therefore like to stress once more that we are the agent and we act on the landlord's intructions. You have of course also had a full refund of your holding fee. I hope that in your future dealings with other agents you will now how the agency relationship works and understand that such decisions regarding properties are made by the owner, not the agent, so that if you find yourself being disappointed in the future by information being provided to you by a letting agent you first consider who is actually responsible for that bad news rather than shooting the messenger passing it on to you.

GoogleI had a great experience with Connie from Let It, Kettering, I logged an issue with our toilet at 1 pm and it was fixed by 4 pm the same day. I have rented for a few years, and I am used to waiting weeks and having to constantly chase to get things fixed so this was a breath of fresh air and shows how agents should work with tenants.

GoogleI would like to say thank you to all the staff at letit homes for helping me find a home 2years ago. They look after their tenants/customers. Any problems they resolve or any help they will help. I would recommend these estate agent if you are looking for the Kettering/surrounding areas. I'm only left the house I was renting due to my job taking me up north. But if I return home to Northamptonshire I would be straight in touch 👍

GoogleLet it homes have genuinely done their part in terms of accommodating our needs being in a house share. The inspections are done on a regular basis which I think is great and they are also done in a timeous manner. Id like to point out your staff member Connie Green. She is very responsive and I take my hat off to her for maintaining and responding so quick regarding the vast customer base let it have. She is definitely an asset to your company. Keep up the good work!

GoogleWas with let it for over a year, over which we reported multiple issues but never heard anything back. Now we have moved out and they are trying to claim all of our deposit because of these issues that they refused to fix... as well as spiders.... yes they literally sent us a photo of a spider as their reason for why they are not giving our deposit back

GoogleWhen my boiler broke down I struggled to get any action taken, until Connie got on the case. She expedited a maintenance check and kept me fully updated as she worked though finding a solution with my landlord. Five stars well deserved for Connie

GoogleHad so many poor experiences with agents not properly caring for the property, the tenant, etc. These guys also had a bit of a shaky start but after some personnel changes have done a much better job. Professional and responsive. I’m pleased right now with how they are managing my property.
