I can’t fault these guys. Having gone through a long purchase due to covid, All members of the team was on hand to help me when I needed advice and had questions to ask. They all acted quickly and they was very professional. From day 1 I felt confident that they would get this sale done. A special mention to Emma, can’t praise Emma enough throughout this process, the quick response to emails, the constant chasing of Solictors, the information she would relay so quickly she was absolutely fantastic and always reassured us that the process was still moving. Would defo recommend. 10/10 for the team🙌

Our company has used Henderson Connellan as agents to rent 2 no properties in the Kettering area over the last year. Our point of contact was Laura Tolton and the standard of service we have received has been excellent. As our head office is in Northern Ireland Laura kept us informed with updates every step of the way through phone calls and emails. The response time and communication was first class. I cannot fault any part of the rental experience and the support and professionalism that Laura provided us during this time and across the extended Covid-19 period was second to none. I would have no problem recommending Laura and the team.

From initial valuation through to final invoice the service we received was fantastic. Henderson Connellan always went above and beyond, from helping with sales progression for the bottom of the chain to always being there for help and advice no matter what time of day. I could not recommend Henderson Connellan enough if you are looking for a professional dedicated estate agent. A special big thank you to James who was amazing and made things move smoothly and has made our relocation come true.... 10/10

We have recently sold our property through Henderson Connellan. Having already found a new property, we needed a quick sale to proceed and James and Daniel did not disappoint, securing a buyer at 98.5% of asking price within FOUR days of marketing. But as anyone who has sold a property will know, finding the buyer is just the start. James and Amy were utterly fantastic throughout - we had some wobbles with a couple of issues with our property but their knowledge, expertise and calmness ensured we kept the sale together and moved along the process at the pace we needed. Communication is everything when selling or buying a home and this is where they really surpassed all expectations - James made calls outside of office hours and even shortly after being unfortunate enough to be in a car accident. We cannot thank you enough for helping us 🙂

I would like to give a massive thank you to Sam Shackleton for helping myself and my partner find our first home. Over the last 6 months he has consistently kept us updated and pushed for everything that we have asked for - along with being a kind and genuine individual that just wants the best for his clients, buyer or seller. After initially losing out on the house in the beginning, we asked for first refusal if it ever fell through, and felt very dignified that he kept his word a month later - our offer was accepted in a matter of hours. The service given by Sam was very professional and top notch, he has made our first property transition very easy. I would highly recommend Henderson Connellan! Thank you Sam :) Jamie & Emily

I would highly recommend Henderson and Connellan! As a first time buyer, Sam really put me at ease. He kept me updated at all stages and answered all my silly questions. He was professional and approachable from start to finish and made the whole process of buying a house relatively stress free. Sam is efficient and works at a really high standard. This was shown through a quick but thorough transaction. I can't thank him enough. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

We needed a short-term let whilst waiting for our new build to complete in May 2022 which was like finding a unicorn! Laura and the team went above and beyond and couldn’t do enough for us. We moved into our wonderful little ‘holiday home’ at the weekend and we couldn’t be happier. The absolute BEST estate agent in Kettering for rental and sales in our experience. THANK YOU!!! 🙏

Having newly emigrated to the UK I have been in communication with a number of agencies. By far the most responsive, helpful and professional has been Emily Chipperfield from Henderson Connellan. This has been somewhat of a daunting task being in the UK for the first time the challenge of finding a family home was overwhelming. Emily kindly responded to all my emails timeously and patiently attending to all the details and questions.THANK YOU !!!

Henderson Connellan provided both reliable and exceptional service. The staff are memorably well-mannered and polite! I would like to personally thank Connie, Laura and Eleanor for their support and time in organising viewings as well as contacting us with both relevant and very decent properties. All in all feel they have shown they are committed to ensuring satisfying results where needs are met where possible. From personal experience I would not hesitate to recommend this company. 🙂

Unbelievable Service

From start to finish, sale to completion the service was incredible. Showing people around our house the staff were polite and courteous. Marketing was superior. Support whilst going through the chain process was way above and beyond our expectations. Special thanks to Karen and Emma for all the running around they did even when it really wasn't part of their remit.. Can't really thank all the staff enough. This is an agency who's best practices are transparent. Moving out of the area now but I think we would be very lucky to find another estate agent as professional as Henderson Conellan
