GoogleBefore renting from letting agents you always hear bad stories about them, such as just letting themselves into your home without permission, or when you have a fault in the home that's not your fault they charge you extortionate amounts or don't arrange help to fix it etc. All I've had is positive experiences with Henderson connellan. They respond to all my queries straight away, they have an app to report any faults or repairs which gets dealt with quickly and from start to finish they've helped this house feel like a home.

Facebookwe asked for a two year term after previous letting landlord was not vetted on her finance and went bankrupt between Christmas and new year only 5 months in to a tenancy. FacebookDo not recommend the Kettering branch, had my offer accepted on a property and sent the relevant documents straight away. Told it would be taken off the market but the estate agent was extremely slow and did not remove the property or put sold subject to contract. Four days later I'm informed that another offer was accepted and the property was no longer mine. This is unprofessional and I'm disgusted with this behaviour.

Thank you for engaging in email dialogue with us concerning your review and we hope our explanation has provided some clarity regarding the circumstances that resulted in the owner selling to another party, all be it not the outcome you wanted. We understand how disappointing the outcome of this situation is, however we have acted in a professional capacity in line with both our industry guidelines and legal obligations.
