Go straight to Henderson Connellan. We believe their professionalism and caring attitude really can't be matched by any other estate agents in Kettering. We've used them more than once but this time we were involved in a long chain which is never easy and whilst solicitors in every link of the chain seemed just too busy and stressed to chase each other up to link everything together smoothly, Karen at Henderson Connellan did a great job in obtaining information and passing it along the line. This office offers a team of property professionals that is a cut above any other estate agency in this region. It is easy to be outwardly friendly but no one can doubt the sincerity of each of the members of this group. Photography and presentation of the property online and in print were quickly completed and of the highest quality. Everone in this group acted as a member of a team with professionalism, courtesy, respect and care for my property as well as for the potential buyers. Neighbours commented on how respectful team members were when bringing potential buyers to the property. This was the second attempt at selling this property--the difference between Henderson Connellan and previous company could not be more stark. There were more people viewing this property after 24 hours of listing it this time than there were in 2 months with the previous agency. And I had two offers in that 24 hour period, compared to no offers at all during the previous 6 month contract with the other company. It might be a matter of timing, but with this sort of result it is most likely a higher degree of professionalism, attention to detail and customer care.

We have found Henderson Connellan very helpful with communication and making sure things are of track. They have always obliged to requests to view our home to be to allow us to measure up before the big day etc. We did find things a little pressured in the early days with chasing us up for answers rather go through those we are paying to do this on our behalf but it worked out well in the end. We found Sam, Jessica and Karen very helpful and a credit to the team.

Excellent communication and service from the moment we viewed the property, to assisting us with pushing through a tricky exchange and completion. Adam and Jessica were always patient with my emails and phone calls, and provided invaluable advice and gentle nudging up the chain to ensure our move completed on time. Compared to encounters with other estate agents we were really impressed with their human qualities as much as their professionalism, which go a long way when embarking on such a complicated transaction.

GoogleI do not recommend. Do not ask for anything because you will be thrown out - 5 minutes later you get a message that you have to move out. We did, because the property is ruined anyway, the owner probably only rents the property to keep the deposit. I call for a deposit and the young lady asks if i want to see the property , I say that iam calling for the deposit, that the landlord has to check the property but the property has long been available for rent with a higher rent ! No contact with the agency! The worst agency we've ever dealt with. The nice are only in the beginning until they get the money! The circus started from the first day of living! Never again.!!
From 6th April 2007, it was a legal requirement to register a tenant’s deposit with a government backed scheme, that was designed to protect the tenant from unfairly losing their deposit. We follow this legal requirement, and all deposits are held correctly and lawfully with the government backed Deposit Protection Service. If for any reason, the property is not vacated to a satisfactory standard, we will put forward an evidence based case to the Deposit Protection Service to withhold money from a tenants deposit. The Deposit Protection Service is an unbiased organisation and make the decision based on evidence provided by both parties, and each tenant has the right to appeal via the arbitration process if they disagree.
