We are about to complete the purchase process of a house near Wellingborough and we were impressed by the attention to detail that Sam has exhibited. FacebookH&C dealt with the sale of my mums property after she had passed away. It has been a very difficult sale, due to third party inadequacies, but I can honestly say that they tried their absolute best to resolve any issues that arose and were unfortunately probably not able to get a quick response at times because they were waiting for a third party response. They are all very polite and professional and I would have no hesitation in using their services again, should the need ever arise.
