We’ve been trying to buy a property for the past 2 years and for various reasons things haven’t gone to plan. We started a purchase through Lawrence Anthony homes a couple of months ago and are completing in the next couple of weeks.
We have been kept up to date by Andrea and Jade throughout the whole process. They have chased things up for us when needed and just generally been a dream to go through this process with.
Other estate agents should take note on how to give 5* service.

GoogleFirstly they failed to pass on my offer to the family. After trying again, my offer was accepted (13th June, they asked for info 17th June and all information they asked for given. I ran around getting my mortgage application done (within one week, they already had my mortgage in princlible). They didn't mark it as SOLD SUBJECT TO CONTRACT. Chasing and chasing for updates to be told on 9th July they had another higher offer and was going to go with that. SLIMY AND UNDERHANDED.
