Huge thanks to the whole team at Challenger Burgess for all the help that was provided to me throughout the process of selling my mothers flat. Unlike other estate agents, I felt that they were with me every step of the way, on occasions taking over some of my tasks that I was struggling to get done due to work commitments. A fab firm full of great individuals. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have years of experience with estate agents both nationally and internationally. There are those that are corporate and cold to deal with and then there are those that go above and beyond to get you the perfect property that is your perfect fit. Georgie is an angel and was an absolute SUPER STAR in finding us our dream home. We would never have considered looking at this property if it wasn't for her and I am therefore eternally grateful to her. Cannot praise enough. You will not get better service or results anywhere else!

The best estate agents we could have asked for. They always go above and beyond for you. They were always helpful, supportive and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really don’t think we would have gotten our house with anyone else. Challenger Burgess is the only estate agents we would recommend.

From house valuation to completion these three ladies have gone far above our expectations when it comes to service. Their honesty, promptness and care is something that will make us not consider any other agents in the future. They really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and I would trust them with anything. Best agents we have ever worked with, they are an asset to the Portishead housing market!

We couldn’t be happier with the level of service Challenger and Burgess provided us with when buying our forever family home. Right from the start, it has felt warm and personal and we think that’s down to having a small, invested team who clearly care. The communication was outstanding which kept the process as smooth as possible. We would certainly recommend Challenger and Burgees when moving home. Thank you!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice of estate agents, just incredible from start to finish! The process was smooth and stress free throughout thanks to these fabulous ladies who are passionate about what they do and want their clients to receive the best possible service. This is all fuelled by an amazing understanding of the current market and listening to what their clients want. 10 / 10 across the board!

Challenger Burgess of Portishead have been fantastic! They demonstrated solid integrity, professionalism and support throughout the property purchasing process from initial viewing through to Completion. They are a great team, and they held to their word and kept the property for me despite other approaches of interest for the same property. I recommend them to everyone without hesitation. Thanks very much Challenger Burgess.

The strange this about this review is that we have not used Challenger and Burgess services. Through various twists and turns out of our control we were unable to use them to sell our property and as our paths have crossed a few times whilst viewing a property or two we have found them to be very professional, personable and helpful. This has lead me to contact them on various occasions requesting advice on different matters and each time they made me feel like it was never a problem and they were always happy to guide and help in anyway they could. If we find ourselves in the situation of selling a property again in the future, these guys will be my number one choice. Thank you.

We recently sold through Challenger Burgess and it was a really positive experience. When we bought the house, Paula sold it to us (as an agent at a different estate agents), and was so good with it all, that we went directly to her as soon as we were selling. They were with us throughout the whole sale, keeping us updated, constantly chasing for us, and ensured we got the asking price for the property. They even chased our onward sale for us. I couldn't recommend them enough if I tried! We had our house sold before it even hit the open market. Paula and Georgie really are a credit to Portishead!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

No need to look anywhere else! Paula and Georgie genuinely care and actively go out if their way to find the best outcomes for you. They're accessible, communicative, constantly reassuring and 100% on your side. They're brilliant with the kids, too. We sold our house for more than the guide price, and had an offer accepted on another one, which they found for us, all within one week. Towards the end of the process we encountered a stumbling block which very nearly derailed the whole thing. Challenger Burgess found the answer and I'm totally convinced we wouldn't be here now, in this lovely house, without them. Thank you, Georgie and Paula 👍👍👍

Well what can I say. From the moment I spoke to Paula and met Georgie I knew I was in safe hands. After a frustrating time with another agent they took everything in hand gave me some breathing space before we moved forward. House was sold within 6 days of going live for full asking price. Thank you Paula and Georgie for working your magic. Professional, approachable, honest and caring.

We were lucky enough to view a Challenger Burgess property and meet Paula who we knew had helped a few friends too! We put our house on the market after receiving some honest and expert advice, we sold very quickly and when we did unfortunately lose a buyer Challenger Burgess found another within 48 hours. The communication from the team was outstanding and Paula really helped push the conveyancing along for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Challenger Burgess to anyone!
