We loved their fun, enthusiastic, and efficient service, including taking us for personal viewings, recommending excellent solicitors, witnessing and posting our documents, and even offering us a card and gift on collection of our keys. We highly recommend them!

FacebookHead and shoulders above the rest. As someone with extremely high standards, who expects a lot, I cannot recommend Challenger Burgess enough. Paula went so much further, and did more than any other agent would have, and Elia kept me updated multiple times a week, chasing and pushing solicitors *frequently*. Selling your house is a stressful time and to have people on your team, moving things forward for you is invaluable. I value their service so much that I shall be using their sales progression service next year! Look no further if you want your sale done quickly, and properly - these ladies are the one for you!

GoogleAfter an extremely difficult sale with multiple pull outs and a buyers solicitor who was awful, Georgie and Paula pulled out all the stops to get the sale through, I have no doubt that if I was using another estate agent i'd still be waiting for a completion, its through their sheer determination to go above and beyond that we managed to complete, I cannot thank them enough for the service provided. It's not just a service of selling or buying they take each one and treat them personally and provide care and support throughout! Would highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future! Thank you Ladies :)

GoogleWhat can I say? Paula's incredible. She's an honest, knowledgeable estate agent with integrity and kindness. I didn't end up selling with Paula, but it's not because I didn't want to. I went to her for advice and to look to move to her after months with another agent and getting nowhere. Within minutes of being with Paula I got straight talking facts and complete honesty about where she felt we needed to be in the current market. This ultimately resulted in us accepting an offer pretty soon after. Sadly though, with the other agent. I just want anyone selling in North Somerset to simply take a few minutes to speak to Paula, you'll know you want to use her, straight away. Trust me!

GoogleChallenger Burgess were truly amazing during the entire process. From valuation to completion they worked so hard and were personable and dedicated throughout. They are open and honest and helped us at every step even on parts of the chain that were not in their remit and physically moving out of our old house! It genuinely felt like all of the team, Paula, Georgie, Elia and Gemma had our best interests at heart and could not have done more for us. Could not recommend enough and a google review is the least we can do.

GoogleWhere do I start? Just amazing! ⭐️ From the time I contacted Paula when experiencing issues with another Estate Agent, to loosing a buyer and Georgie and Paula finding another within 2 days. Towards the end of the process we came across some stumbling blocks and I truly believe this wouldn’t have happened without them! A truly professional and personal service, always available and I felt completely reassured everything was being done to obtain the best outcome for all parties. GoogleSelling my property was not a decision I took likely in a very difficult market, who I chose to sell it with was even more important. Challenger Burgess came highly recommended to me which is always best coming from a good friend, and they didn’t disappoint. They worked as a team with me at every step, which is what I loved most. I felt they meant every word and the communication from day one was just brilliant. You aren’t just another customer with them, they look at what you need, your property and you as an individual, really look after your needs. They do really care and I felt that throughout. When push came to shove and things didn’t go as planed towards the end as can happen with any sale, the whole team went above and beyond working with my solicitor, with other contractors to help get the deal done. I can’t thank or praise them all enough. It was Paula and Elia doing a lot I know and had me constantly on email, phone or WhatsApp when we didn’t know if things would be ok... but you were all so lovely and helpful coming up with solutions. I can’t say another Estate Agent would have gone to the efforts you did, or the deal would have even happened potentially. Who can say but I do feel you made it happen and I’m very grateful. I wouldn’t hesitate in buying or selling with you again that’s for sure Katie Thank you xx
