The communication from the team at Challenger Burgess is another world from other estate agents I’ve dealt with. Core values of honesty and integrity shine through the whole team. It’s an absolute pleasure dealing with them and I wouldn’t even consider a different estate agent to sell my house. You shouldn’t underestimate how important it is to have the right people showing buyers around your home. All at Challenger Burgess took the time to understand the important things about my home and communicated them well to the buyers. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

The whole team were impeccably supportive towards us, proactively finding solutions as issues occurred, bursting into life when quick action was desperately needed whilst remaining the calming, caring arm around the shoulder that was needed when the pressure was really being felt. We cannot thank the Challenger Burgess team enough for helping us with our recent move and we cannot recommend them enough as it honestly wouldn’t have happened under anyone else’s stewardship, they really did go above and beyond to make the deal happen for us.

Paula, Georgie and Elia looked after us thoroughly during both the sale of our flat and purchasing our current house. They ensured that we developed a trusting relationship where no question was an issue and they took time to fully understand what properties we were interested in. After having our offer accepted they continued to work hard to ensure that the purchase occurred in a timely manner, kept us up-to-date and liaised with solicitors and all parties involved. Their experience and honest advice was unmatched by other local estate agents we have been involved with. We continue to recommend them to all our friends and family and I am so pleased to be writing this from our garden which we so longed for.

We couldn't recommend Challenger Burgess enough! They were brilliant throughout and offered total clarity. They were always there to clarify anything we didn't understand and their advice was always top notch. Having dealt with a number of estate agents previously, it was a breath of fresh air to meet such a brilliant group of people who always gave us straight answers to complex questions, were honest throughout, and were total experts in their field. Thank you for all you did for us!

Our house sale has just completed and once again, Paula and Georgie - and now Elia - have been fabulous! This is the second house that Challenger Burgess have sold for us and as before they have excelled. They are efficient and supportive and are lovely people so it has been a pleasure to be working with them again. They have always put us first and their service is second to none, I still cannot recommend them highly enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Five stars just aren’t enough to reflect the outstanding service Challenger Burgess provide. Having just completed on our sale, after a long and complicated process, we couldn’t be more thrilled. Paula, Georgie and Elia (plus Chris from CC mortgages) have been our biggest cheerleaders in the good times and our absolute rock in the bad. They are compassionate, truly dedicated, professional and knowledgable. I implore anyone looking to sell to get in touch with them, and trust them - they are fantastic.

We believe we have been most fortunate to find an estate agency like Challenger Burgess Firstly, we think the fee charging arrangement is excellent and very reasonable. Considering the successful service we have received. We could not have hoped to find a more friendly and positive support than we have received from Paula and Georgie. Indeed, they have almost become part of our family during this whole sale procedure Their happy and caring attitude was always extremely pleasant and reassuring They were particularly professional and very quick to support when help was needed. Paula and Georgie, may you be very successful ; you certainly deserve to be so. Michael Wilks

We are so grateful for all the help and support given by Paula and Georgie, they both provided help and support all the way through our buying process, they went above and beyond to provide us with the best service from a company we have ever had, they are professional and super efficient and do everything they say they will. We went to 4 other estate agents in Portishead before Challenger Burgess, who all left us feeling ignored. We will continue to recommend Challenger Burgess always.

I purchased a house through Challenger Burgess and I was incredibly happy with their support throughout the entire process. They care a great deal about their clients and were very knowledgeable of the situation whenever I was asked. Elia in particular was incredible throughout the process, happy to answer all questions that I had and providing updates whenever possible. Even my mortgage advisor commented on how well she knew where the whole chain was. I would very much recommend Challenger Burgess to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a property, outstanding service and I thank them very much for all that they did to get me into my house. Jon

From the first viewing to collecting the keys, the team have been outstanding! Georgie and Paula took us on separate viewings and the service provided was incredible. They both allowed us to view the property without rushing us, provided honest and realistic answers to our many questions and understood what we wanted from a property. Elia constantly went above and beyond her responsibilities and always had a clear understanding of where we were in the process and kept all parties in the chain on track. A huge asset to Challenger Burgess and we can not thank her enough for the effort and support she provided through this process! We will be recommending Challenger Burgess to anyone who wants to purchase or sell a property! Thank you! Judy & David

As first time buyers, my husband and I were quite nervous at the prospect of purchasing our first house. We had already had one house fall through but after contacting Paula she found us our perfect place extremely quickly and we received the most amazing service. From start to finish she was there helping us all the way through and our new house went through very smoothly and very quickly. We cannot thank Paula and the team enough for all they did for us and will definitely be using them if we move on in the future!

C&B were a breath of fresh air; honest, reliable and trustworthy. The team worked incredibly hard to match the property to suitable buyers, where other agents would have focused on footfall through the door. C&B genuinely cared and often went above and beyond to ensure the sale completed. We can’t thank you enough

All the team at Challenger Burgess have been fantastic regarding our purchase, from our first viewing right up until completion. They gave fair and honest opinions without feeling pushy and happily attended my requests for multiple viewings! But most importantly, they worked very hard on a solicitor issue that seemed impossible to resolve but with persistence all worked out! The whole team are friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend working with them.

House-hunting & then the process of moving is never easy even at the best of times. I have had my rather cynical view of estate agents turned around by the service I have experienced with Challenger Burgess. They have listened carefully and understood my specific needs, and I have felt very supported at points when I felt overwhelmed. I have no hesitation in recommending.

We swapped to Challenger Burgess after months of being “marketed” with another agent with lots of unqualified viewings, poor feedback (once we’d chased for it) and just a generally reactive rather than proactive experience. Within a week of being on with CB we had a handful of high quality, qualified viewings who had seen and liked the virtual tour and shortly afterwards we received an offer! That buyer lost their buyer but Paula and Georgi found us another buyer within days and we are due to complete in a few weeks time! We found Paula and Georgi to be genuinely interested in our property and they ensured they had answers for any potential issues buyers might be concerned about. Feedback was given instantly after the viewings had finished and then follow up feedback again 24-48 hours later. The whole process has been stress-free since we swapped to using them. They are tenacious, motivated, passionate and very effective at selling houses and matching people with their future homes. I cannot recommend them highly enough and wish them all the success as they truly deserve it!

I can not rate Challenger Burgess highly enough, they have dealt with my sale and onward purchase with professionalism and importantly in the final testing days with tenacity to get to exchange in very difficult circumstances. Georgie, Paula and Elia thank you so much, to hear your screams of joy last night upon exchange bought a tear to my eye ! Absolute 5 stars you won’t get the personal service and passion anywhere else !
