GoogleI recently had an experience with this business and found their conduct to be highly unprofessional. The staff was not only dismissive but also outright rude, which made for an unpleasant and disappointing interaction. I would strongly recommend reconsidering before choosing their services.

Vin and Satish in particular have been superb in making time (over and above standard service) to meet and resolve issues relating to my property. Their spot on instinct in understanding my needs is a godsend when everything around me was falling apart, added value difficult to achieve in the current climate. GoogleWe have paid all the deposit and rent to them and at the last movement they are saying they can’t give you the key to move in. And they said we can’t help you and told us to look out for another property they are very careless they mad us homelessness by one day that too without our fault don’t trust this agency guys they are not helpful

GoogleThere are no words to say how disappointed I am with this bunch of people that are not even doing the job they are getting paid for. I lost my hope about getting help from them ever. They only answer the phone when I have to pay them for renewing renting contract.... Very very disappointed!!! This year I told them that I am not going to pay for any renewal as they didn’t sort out the paperwork for last year. They tricked my brother to pay saying that this is the last year they ask for money for renewing the contract. When someone left the contract he had to pay, even though I still pay the rent as usual. Deserves, 0 rate star!

GoogleReally really poor experience. Spoke to these guys yesterday. After numerous phone calls (because they took the information down wrong) I chased up today with regards to my appt and charges. Kam who I believe is the director has basically offered us a discount ONLY if it’s sole agency and if not then the commission would be higher! We’ll surely Saloni the lady I spoke with yesterday should have noted that down yesterday that I have other estate agents too rather than making an appt and wasting people’s time. Shame as I mentioned I would have referred a lot more business straight away. Quite unprofessional so to speak. Wouldn’t be returning or recommending.
