Infinity Property Solutions have managed our properties for many years now and in my opinion, they are one of the best managing agents in the industry. Shashi, Satish, Kam and the entire team are honest, friendly, approachable, reliable, proactive and professional. They have always been great in finding tenants that match our criteria and ensure all tenancy related documents are sent to us in a timely manner. We cannot fault the team, they do an amazing job and nothing is ever too much trouble. I do and will continue to recommend Infinity Property Solutions to friends and family.

I was recommended Infinity Property Solutions from a friend of mine, who had a successful service in evicting a tenant from their property. After several months of struggling with my tenant on my own, the agent I am dealing with (Kam Padhra) took over my case with professionalism and the upmost diligence. I now feel reassured that my case is being handled by someone who has my best interest at heart. I would thoroughly recommend Infinity Property Solutions for any disputes you may be having.

Infinity Property Solutions recently helped us find a new commercial space for our business. After our initial enquiry, Satish also showed us multiple properties that we didn’t even consider - and actually, I fell in love with the first one we viewed. From the initial enquiry all the way to helping us helping us arrange the commercial lease assignment - the process was seamless. What I loved the most was they take a genuine interest in you and your needs. I’d highly recommend the entire team at Infinity for their professionalism, confidence and openness.

Infinity were recommended to us by a family friend when it came to selling our house and we instantly knew we had made the right choice in asking them for representation. The representative took the time to get to know us as clients and our personal situation and needs. This made all the difference and went above and beyond all our expectations making selling our house as easy and pain free as possible. We are very pleased with the final result and would recommend Infinity to anyone wanting to sell their home in the future.

I am in the process of evicting my troublesome tenant following the NB5 Claim for property via accelerated procedure) (assured shorthold tenancy). This process is everything but ACCELEARATED. It has taken 6 months so far and yet no sign of getting the possession of my property. the reason being the courts are very finicky in how you fill the forms. Every bit of information on the form has to be correct else the judge just rejects it and adds time to the eviction process. In exasperation, I contacted Kamlesh Padhra as to how to fill a particular section on NB5 form. Kamlesh took time and effort to go through the details I had entered on the form and guided me with the bits of sections I was stuck on.I am very grateful for the help & assistance he has given me over the phone. I highly recommend people use Infinity Property Services - they are professional and helpful and know their subject matter - they are property experts.Alpa Patel.

From start to finish, we’ve been very impressed by Infinity Property. They have made us feel comfortable without being pushy, and been really clear on communications beginning with us putting an offer on the rental through to leaving the property and scheduling viewings for the landlord.

I'm really pleased with Infinity Property Solutions' service.
