Was told my agent that property is not available for viewings to weeks ago and when I called today they said viewings were taking place two weeks ago and they are now considering some offers. Very unprofessional and also take advantage of the fact that my mother’s English was not very good. Will not be dealing with again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience.
Whilst a property is still tenanted, our access is limited and strictly dependent on the tenant’s availability. In most cases, viewings are therefore arranged on a first-come, first-served basis and often within a short window of time agreed with the occupier. On this occasion, an initial round of viewings took place during the limited access period and we subsequently received suitable offers from applicants who were able to attend at those times. For this reason, you were unfortunately not invited to that first round.
We would also like to clarify that the lack of viewing availability had nothing to do with your mother’s level of English. Harrow’s rental market is highly diverse and we regularly deal with applicants from overseas or with varying levels of English. Our processes and communication standards are applied consistently and fairly to all prospective tenants.
We appreciate your interest in the property and your feedback, and we will continue to review how we communicate viewing availability in situations where tenant access is restricted. If you would like us to keep your details on file for similar properties, we would be happy to assist.

GoogleI approached Infinity about letting out my property. They recommended Haymills, 292 Preston Road, HA3 instead. Haymills have been the worst agent ever and I have been renting for forty years now! Haymills used every excuse to extort a few thousand each time from me, by using excuses like the neighbor wants to take legal action against me, etc.
They have pulled out the deposit from the deposit scheme that I paid to have in place so that they can not serve notice to the tenants. They have sublet the property to tenants who are not in the contract and are collecting more rent than what they are paying me. Do not go let Infinity Property recommend Haymills to you.
