I would like to thank Kamlesh Padhra and his team at Infinity Property Solutions for giving us a great service in managing our rental property. We were letting our property previously with an amateur company based in Harrow that did not pay our rent on time and took advantage of us by billing us for unauthorised maintenance works. Since we have been with Infinity Property Solutions they have communicated and resolved all our problems in a professional manner and we are making good rental yield again.

I, my partner and the housemates we shared with have had, over the past course of a year, the absolute displeasure of dealing with this company and their unhelpful employees. After the initial look at the property which was a disgusting student ridden mess of beers cans, cigarettes and rubbish, they assured me things would be rectified over the summer holidays before our move in date. As time went on with little to no communication on the status of the house, we finally went up on moving day to see that they had barely put any effort into restoring the house.The kitchen was disgusting, with dirty surfaces which we had to end up cleaning ourselves. The entire kitchen floor was mouldy and destroyed by water damage, the lino had shrunk and caused it to come up. Multiple fixtures were rusty and barely held together, some even just taped back on. The oven sticks out more than two inches from the work surface which is a serious fire hazard violation and one they would not address at all during our stay.The entire garden was covered in rubbish and debris from the previous tenants, we found broken glass, nails, wooden planks, used sanitary products and even bullet casings, all the furniture provided for the garden was in bad shape and filthy.The bathroom had multiple cracked tiles with limescale, the water did not work properly either, taking long periods of time to heat up and flow properly. They had given us a used and grimy shower curtain which had rust on it from the extremely old fixtures to hold it up.Every bedroom suffered mould into our tenancy, the worst was the room me and my partner stayed in. Despite MONTHS of complaining and asking them to do something about it, their brilliant solution was to PAINT OVER the affected area with 'mould proof paint' which of course did absolutely nothing. This continued for the entire tenancy, with the way the room was laid out we had no choice but to sleep next to it. They would take weeks to get back to us about any issues we raised and most of the time they wouldn't even address them, just brushing it off as a non issue. Everything was an uphill battle which left us all very frustrated and very stressed. Any problems that were seen to were after weeks, sometimes months of nagging.And now with a final insult they are trying to take a large chunk of our deposit to pay for the 'restoration' of their awful property, despite us leaving it in a better state than which we received it. Both the landlord and the company have made our time in Hatfield a misery. All we wanted was a nice home to live in during our final university year, what we got was a awful headache and wasted money.Stay far away from Infinity Property.(I would also like to point out a lot of the reviews on this page are from family members and friends, given a lot of them share family names and connections, do not be deceived by them.)
