Withdrawal is quick and signals are profitable.I never had delays making any withdrawal. Excellent services and a good trading platform. I earned a lot and also learned a lot of effective trading strategies from them. I am a trader and have been using their services for a few months now. GoogleFrom start to finish Infinity Property have been as good as gold and I can see why they are a multi-award winning agency. I moved to Infinity Property from another local agent in Harrow simply due to the fact I needed a more responsive service with no compromise. Vin and team have not only let my property at the agreed rate and housed great tenants, they also advised on the remedial works (both required and advised) that would achieve my rental expectations and would attract the type of professionals that I wanted to house. I’m in no doubt I rang the right man for the job and I look forward to working with Infinity for many years to come

GoogleAlthough we couldn’t proceed with an offer, the service from Vin was exceptional from his first virtual viewing to his appointment in person and he really hit the right note. He was friendly, knowledgeable and transparent which was refreshing to see. We had a couple of questions which he answered honestly, and we really felt like we could trust him. It is a shame we couldn't proceed with an offer, but will definitely contact Vin in the future.

GoogleI choose Infinity Property after conducting a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort),and how they promote their listings. Infinity Property stood out as the best investment in my AREA and their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on their site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Kamlesh Singara and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of information & evidence . Kam made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other don’t, but should do,like having a professional videographer. Kam was absolutely fantastic in the sale of our property. Very open and honest about how to best market our home and bring out the key sellling points to help us sell our beloved home. Infinity Property team visited my home and were extremely organised & thorough and made sure we understood everything . When we saw our listing we were blown away. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our assigned agent, Kam Singara was super awesome. Friendly and approachable as well as professional and knowledgeable. GoogleSold flat through Kam Singara of Infinity Valuation - Spot on Fees - Competitive Sale - Agreed within 24 hours within pocket change of upper valuation Selling Process - Not without its challenges, particularly down to delays from COVID and then the spike in demand from stamp duty discount. This ultimately is where Infinity (and in particular Kam S) proved why it is highly rated above and beyond the competition in the area: - On the end of the phone at all times of day - Able to quickly follow through instructions and coordinate missing pieces - Check in on every milestone making sure everything is in place and clearly communicated along the chain - Going above and beyond what is required to meet deadlines (including hand delivering contracts to the solicitors) I have been a difficult customer throughout the process, and I am convinced the chain would have fallen down had this been in the hands of any other agent. If I had one bit of advice/feedback from this experience; it would be that Infinity need to branch out and go national! The bar has been raised and they would truly set new standards for the industry!

GoogleMe and my partner went to view a 2 bed property and shashi was there to show us he was very helpfull advised us with every step so we are able to get our tenancy started then we was introduced to the rest of the team at infinity properties there on lana also helped us with our referencing on goodlord our experience was really good and straight forward with no complications our referencing was done within 2/3 days We are really happy with the services we have received from the lovely staff & are looking forward to moving into our home soon

Kam and Kam (what are the chances) weren’t just professional in their approach but were personal, which is something I valued the most. I felt as I was their only client, something rare that many organisations struggle to achieve. Kam was at the end of the phone every time. He also gave me more sound advice than most people during the process. I’m now looking to buy a house I just hope these guys can find it so I can use them again.

GoogleAs a tennant, I've been renting the same property for the past 4 years. I've dealt with other estate agents in the past. From my experience I can say this company know the professional approach from the start. All staff of Infinity has been and is really the way any tennant would like. I found the staff Ive dealt with are friendly, approachable, polite and understanding. Communication is always prompt and any query gets answered within a reasonable time. Shashi has been the original person I dealt with and still remains to greet me in and out the office. Mirela has been amazing in dealing with my latest renewal and answered any queries.
