Googlei do not recommend this estate agent. Barely get in contact with them. I paid 3 weeks ago £50 in to their account to change the existing contract. 3 weeks later i got no answer from them. Money been paid but no contract. Boiler failed in the winter, they have send someone to fix it, the guy came investigate and he said will return to replace some parts. Since than no news. Boiler keep failing and i have to restarted to work for a short while. Rats managed to get in the house because of poor isolation, aunts also because skirting is rotten and old. They have taking pictures promising that will sorted. They never came back to us. Unfortunately because all of this i will stop the monthly payment until everything is sorted. Also some staff members don't like to be disturbed if you have and emergency. Do not use this estate agent. Waste of time!!! Poor landlord also !!!!! All tenants will write a review here and it wont be a 5 stars reviewNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
