GoogleThey are thieves and dishonest people!If you want to rent a property stay away from them. They do not give you your deposit back. They also work with the landlord to charge you money for repairs or other things that you did not cause. When they do the check out, they do not let you know and only if you chase them constantly they reply to you with a list of things that you need to pay but they were not caused by you. After more than 6months without receiving the moneywe are escalating the case
Dear Gennaro, It is always disappointing to read a client is not happy with our service. I can confirm that as a company we register all clients deposit's in a secure Government scheme. I can see that Mydeposits is currently dealing with your dispute with the landlord over claims for the deposit. We do not make the decision on where a deposit is returned to this is all dealt with by Mydeposits through their own investigation and they come to a decision based on evidence put forward on who or how much is awarded to either a party or both parties are awarded a certain amount each. GoogleUpon our first meeting with Andrew I knew it was the right decision to go with YourMove. We felt confident that he and his team would look after us, which they have certainly proved.... It has been a while since we've rented our house out and with all the new government changes our minds were put to rest with the knowledge and guidance we received knowing that they would take care of everything within their management package. Martha's patience has been tested she's been brilliant with helping us out with all the questions, overseeing the viewings for potential tenants. Overall Andrew and Martha have both been outstanding in not only their customer service, but with their care and attention they have shown over the last month or so whilst we renovated our house. A huge Thank you to you both and we really are looking forward to working with you over the next few months.

GoogleNothing but a complete professional lettings team! Nothing was ever to much for them. They answered all my questions and made everything so easy to understand. I was in contact with them constantly and they provided updates every day. Couldn’t fault the service they provided me and the patience they showed when I was having a few troubles with parts off the process. Lewis, Mandy and Lauren made me feel completely comfortable and part off the process from start to finish! I can’t thank them enough!

GoogleCouldn’t have asked for an easier and more stress free process for our first time renting. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful, in particular Lewis. He was always extremely helpful if we had any queries or questions and was always happy to help us. He made what could’ve potentially been a daunting and stressful process feel like a walk in the park. Would definitely use Your Move again and would recommend it to everyone.
