We were served with a section 21 no fault eviction notice. I phoned up Wards regarding a property that i saw advertised, and a lovely lady called Jade dealt with my phone call. She was very honest about the property I was interested in viewing, telling me that the landlord was looking to sell this property in the future. After taking all my details, she informed me of a property that was just about to come onto the rental market. We were interested but wouldn't be able to view for a couple of weeks as we were going on holiday. After an hour of getting off of the phone, Jade called me back to say the landlord had dropped in the keys, and we were able to arrange a viewing for that afternoon.

Very impressed with the team at Wards. Reacted at pace to help me secure both an accepted offer and find me a buyer. Particularly impressed with Billy and Mia who were both a pleasure to liaise with, have exceptional communication skills, are responsive to phone calls, kept me updated and always displayed excellent customer service. Ashleigh gave great advice and reassurance throughout and Sally helped achieve timely exchange of contracts and liaised well with all parties to reach amicable agreement on completion dates; overall we are pleased to recommend.

Very pushy to get you to sign up to their mortgage broker and solicitors. Phone calls every day then after you hear very little. Communication is very poor and as long as they get their commission then that’s all they care about. Young staff that tick estate agent criteria but lack estate agent knowledge and professionilsm..

These guys are excellent! I would wholeheartedly recommend them as they are unfailing courteous, professional and eager to make sure that you are happy and reassured. What a rollercoaster! After a bad experience with a previous manager, Kris Whiteoak came into the office and was a breath of fresh air, he understood and cared for our situation. Amy is a a very good personality and specialist! She tried to do her best to help. Generally, I a have a nice attitude about this Agency. Amy always gave a call back, booked viewings for us, were in time. Excellent, quick and helpful service

I recently had a problem with my heating not working properly, so I reported the issue on Sunday, had a phonecall from Wards on the Monday morning and a plumber attended our house on the Tuesday and our heating was back working within an hour! Really impressed with how Wards handled the situation, customer service Tom was brilliant, and Jack our plumber from JPM was very polite and friendly, and gave us the best advice to keep our house warm and what to do dealing with any condensation while heating up the house. Really pleased with how our issue was handled. Thank you everyone involved!

Nick and his team are great!

Nick and his team were great from start to finish, from viewing our new home one Saturday afternoon, to the following weekend, having our own house on the market, with multiple offers and the offer on our new home accepted. Helpful and professional. Maria and her team helped us out a lot. We were visiting from out of town and keen to see as many places as we could while were in the area. She listened to what we were looking for and did her best to show us places that met our needs. She also shared her local knowledge of the area which was a very nice touch. She was great at facilitating the viewings all the way through the contracts being signed and was diligent in answering all our questions and concerns. Finally when I collected the keys on move in day, she presented me with a welcome gift with some goodies inside. She also followed up a few times to see how we were settling in and if there were any teething problems she could help solve. Really great service! :)
