GoogleI recently needed an estate agent to assist me in finding a new home and was blown away by the level of service I received at Wards Welling. Ann Mcdonald, who attended to me and accompanied me on views was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful, and she answered all of my questions. She was also patient and willing to go out of her way to assist me in finding the perfect home. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a new home to use this real estate agent.

GoogleThe wards staff were great selling our house but once it was sold it took 4 weeks to go to the sales progressor! Then we did not get any updates and had to keep calling or when they did ring it was to ask us for updates! A lot of the time they said they would ring us back and didn’t! Don’t think I would use them again.

GoogleWe just sold our home with Wards, they were fantastic throughout the process and helped chase our sellers to get completed on time. We also got a ton of offers within days of the listing being up! Jimmy in particular was brilliant and guided us through every step. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Bexley/Kent area.

GoogleVal (Wards Welling branch) kindly showed us around 2 properties today. She was the most professional and knowledgable estate agent I have met during my house hunting process. She was incredibly generous with her time and we are very grateful. She is an absolute asset to the Wards Welling team!
