GoogleWards have been incredible in our property purchase. Always extremely pleasant and helpful, allowing multiple viewings with some going on well after hours to accommodate our schedules, as well as letting us in after the sale going being processed. On completion day, Katy even came to meet us at the property at 10pm (we needed to pick the keys up pre-6pm at the office) as we were coming from so far and had a nightmare move-in day/were hours behind schedule. Impeccable service all round, we can’t thank them enough.

GoogleMy sale began with excellent service. But services need to realise that there's a way to speak to a client and that the business isn't concluded until after the commission is paid. Also, do they not want repeat custom. I was a seller and a buyer. After my experience on completion I must say I have reservations about using this agent again. To Wards. Ms Arendse? Please remove this name from your response.

GoogleVery helpful, and friendly team. I received a lot of help from them all but particularly Nicholas Florides. For complicated reasons and my distance, it took longer than usual - but he hung in there through thick and thin , not giving up. In the process he feels like a freind.
