Would like to say a massive thank you to Geoff,Debbie and Ann of wards Barnehurst. You went up and above with your professional guidance. Never known a turnaround so quick and seamless with our sale thank you so much we are now in the process of buying another property through Wards as they are so professional and they deliver I would highly recommend wards for all.

Katy Haynes was brilliant- she really helped with every concern I had and worked very hard to get my flat sold. She is such a positive person that it helped to calm any worries and she was very quick to reply to any emails or calls. I really appreciate all the work done by Katy and everyone at Wards.

Katy and Megan were absolutely delightful to work with. As a first time buyer, I was pretty clueless and they explained things clearly and patiently. They were always accommodating with viewings and clearly loved what they do - it makes such a difference. I would highly recommend them as individuals if you’re looking to buy a house.

Very pleased with the services I received when selling my house. Always happy and nothing is to much trouble for them. Definitely recommend them to friends and family. Will always be my first choice Estate Agent. 10/10 Also Amanda has been very helpful throughout these hard times with covid-19 giving regular updates and making sure everything is still progressing smoothly which it did and we finally moved :)

Impossible to say how great Victoria at Wards has been. Nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything, kindly and without ego. Went above and beyond on so many occasions. Held my hand through every step of the confusing process. Never treated me like an idiot no matter how many questions I asked. Efficient, direct, unflustered. Calm during all the difficult bits. Would strongly recommend.
