Kenny at the beginning, Sam and Adam throughout, allowing me extra visits as and when I asked, nothing was too much trouble Also the girls in the office were very helpful when Sam or Adam wasn’t there And finally Kim, extremely supportive and kept me updated all way through which was very helpful for me as the situation was getting quite stressful

From the marketing through to the completion of the sale, I have appreciated the expertise and advice of the team - Judy, Jason, Debbie, Dawn and Matt. It was an amazing experience using Wards to sell my house. From day one they have been very helpful and supportive. The team is amazing, special mention of Terri Truckle, Ami Banks, Sam, Kenny and last but not the least Kim. They have been extremely helpful throughout. Its been a roller coaster ride, but with the teams support and up to date knowledge and experience the sale process was smooth.

Extremely disappointed with my conversation with the senior branch manager after raising concerns with the survey that highlighted ground stability issues. After disregarding my concerns, he questioned my integrity when I informed him that I have spoken to the company that carried out the survey personally. I found his entire attitude arrogant and unprofessional and I would think twice to make any more enquiries with this branch.
