This was my first experience of leasing a flat, so it was all new to me. From the viewing appointment all the way to the handover of the keys, the whole process was painless. GoogleJames won’t stop spamming me messages from this company, I’ve called them over 5 times to stop texting me properties. Every time they say they will stop. Nothing happens. The customer service isn’t great as well. They’re rude and disrespectful

Horrible, horrible experience with this agency. DO NOT RENT out of them. 8 weeks and still deposit not returned, excess rent not paid back. No communication, not responding to emails. Be very careful with this agency.
