Have only just started to use agents and have never moved house before but so far the experience has been painless. We had a fantastic experience with the rainham branch during the purches of our first property. Judy and Ali helped us to find the house and was involved through out of the purches making sure that each detail is dealt with properly and that our needs are met. GoogleJust called the lettings team regarding a property for rent. Firstly the phone cut whilst making my enquiry, to which no one called me back. Once I phoned again this really rude woman answered, I explained that I had been cut off earlier. Instead of apologising, she Shouted "what's your name?" "Whats your name?" Terrible service, avoid!!!

This is overrated agency! I was a tenant in a flat and when my agreement was about to finish they where trying to get money for everything they could! My advice is to get insurance for the property you are about to rent!

When a tenant leaves a property, if there are dilapidations or damage to the property over and above fair wear and tear, the landlord may request that the cost of these repairs be deducted from the tenant's deposit. Wards act as an intermediary in this respect and relay this information to the tenant. Wards are not responsible for deciding how much is requested. Having reviewed your file we note that you were not in disagreement over the repairs that were sought. Wards have a duty not only to the landlords of the properties that we manage but also to the tenants in situ and we apologise if you have been unhappy with your experience.
