Debbie, thank you for your message. Orbit does need to collect rent so that we can deliver services to our customers. However, we are committed to improving our services, and we are investing more each year in projects to support local communities and provide support services. In the new year, we will be launching our new customer promise that we have developed with customers to set out the standards you should expect from us.

Basically only interested in selling off their housing stock, not in tenant welfare. Are you a builder who wants a cheap fixer-upper? Come to Orbit! Tenant of theirs? Hopeless.
