Brilliant experience from start to finish

I recently purchased a house which was being sold by Miles & Barr. From start to finish they were excellent - professional, warm, friendly, helpful. I would especially credit the wonderful Nadine, without whom I honestly don't think the entire thing would have gone through (at least not in the timeline we wanted!!). She was so kind, empathetic and patient throughout, giving my helpful advice and encouragement, and keeping everyone informed, pushing where needed to get things moving, and generally being wonderful. This isn't the experience I've had with a lot of other estate agents, and I cannot thank Nadine and the team enough. I will not hesitate to use them in the future, and recommend them to anyone looking to sell/rent their home!

Jade, solicitors side of my house sale and whom I was in contact with regularly was incredibly patient, helpful, continuously tried to help me with progression of my needs as I was particularly not good with digital, online communication, but she did anything she could to help me. Miles and Barr, estate agents in Dover, who together with solicitors were just absolutely amazing. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, kindness and from start meeting Ashley, who was incredible, truly understood my predicament, offered help from himself and his amazing team at Miles and Barr, introduced me to Flori, whom also went beyond her job to help me, truly genuine in all her actions, in more ways than I can describe. A fantastic property manager

Miles and Barr managed the property we let for 14 years. We had numerous property managers in that time and it has only been in the last 6 months since Rachel Hodson took over we have been totally happy.
