GoogleFirstly, I’d like to say how pleased I was with the service provided by Heritage Estates (HE). I found myself in a delicate situation with a number of moving parts when selling my first home. Luckily, with tact, a calm head and blistering accuracy, HE remained reliable. HE have a deep knowledge of processes and the market. As someone who loves the detail, I found HE’s style of communication flawless. My experience with the team was nothing short of amazing. If you’re looking for an independent estate agent that care, look no further than HE.

GoogleAs first time buyers the property market was a daunting and a completely new experience. With a stroke of luck our 4 month ordeal lead us to Criena and Heritage Estates. Not only untied us with our dream home, but also advised and guided us through every step of the process. Criena's attention to detail, wealth of knowledge, expertise and proactive nature made us feel extremely supported and at ease. We have walked away from this experience thankful to Criena and Heritage Estates, as well as having learnt alot throughout this process. GoogleI cannot recommend Heritage Estates enough, whether you are purchasing or selling a property. They followed up every query and kept everyone up to date . The sale went through very smoothly due to their expertise dealing with all the legal aspects. If it is the first property you are buying or selling or the 10th Heritage is the Company to use.

GoogleWe couldn’t have wished for a better agent than criena, she was sympathetic in the fact that this was our late mothers property and so comes with emotion when we did sell, she arranged and carried out all the viewings, kept me up to date with all proceedings, and we shall definitely use her in the future, very professional
Dear Lynn and family. Thank you for your great feedback. It is always difficult to sell a property of a loved one and was so pleased that we were able to smooth that process for you. The new buyer keeps in touch and he has almost transformed the house now and plans to rent it to a professional family. I am sure they will make it a home, just as you did many years ago. Kindest regards, Criena

GoogleWe've used Criena and Heritage Estates multiple times over the years and she has always gone above and beyond. Knowledgeable, attentive and thorough, nothing is too much trouble. Whether it's been selling our house, finding us a new house or helping us get a mortgage Heritage have been nothing short of brilliant; including helping to "motivate" others who aren't doing their job properly... Can't recommend highly enough.
